How it works
01 — let’s make it official
Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over your contract, invoice for the deposit, and a pre-call questionnaire for you to fill out. This helps me get to know you two better — your story, your vision, what matters most to you, and all the little details that make your day yours.
Once your deposit is paid and contract is signed, your date is officially locked in and we can start dreaming this thing up together!
02 — planning + timeline magic
After your questionnaire is complete, we’ll hop on a call to go over everything together. We’ll talk through your wedding day timeline, priorities, photo/video vision, and any questions you have along the way.
My goal is to make this process feel easy, exciting, and stress-free — like talking to a friend who also happens to be documenting one of the biggest days of your life.
Your remaining balance will be due one week before your wedding date.
03 — your wedding day + delivery
Then the best part… your wedding day! I’ll be there documenting all the big moments, the quiet in-between ones, and probably crying during your vows too. Within 48 hours after your wedding, you’ll receive sneak peeks so you can relive everything almost immediately and share the excitement with your people.
Your full gallery and/or wedding film will then be delivered within 4–8 weeks depending on coverage and season.

From the first conversation to the final gallery delivery, every part of this experience is approached with care and intention. I want you to feel supported, comfortable, and fully present throughout the entire process so you can focus less on posing for photos and more on actually living your day. The goal is simple: for you to be able to step back into exactly how it all felt for years to come.
